2005 Corvette C6 Ticking noise
I was driving at 85mph in 6th gear when I heard a ticking sound from the engine bay. I pulled over, turned off the car, and when I tried to start it again, it hesitated. Please refer to the video.

That is not ticking, but clanking instead.
I can not see if in the video, but make sure that the rear spark plug wire on the passenger side is all the way pushed into the coil and not just one the cylinders firing.
Short of one of the spark plug wires loose/one of the cylinders nor firing, major problem with the motor isntead.
By chances, did you loose oil pressure right before this started?

IDK, sounds like a bad lifter to these ears.
If it is may just have wiped-out a cam lobe, also.
Time to open 'er up for a close inspection.
Probably not a good idea to keep running it. YMMV

I would remove the cam covers and inspect the valvetrain. You may have a broken spring and/or failed rocker.

That the problem with only changing the cam alone, instead of pulling the heads to change out the lifter trays as well.
Hence lifter tray is the only thing that is keeping the lifter roller from turn off axis with the cam lobs, to really tear the hell out of both.
Also, depending on how radical the cam is, may need to change out the valve springs every 30K, before one of them does coil snap.
