Default Wheel fitment

Looking to buy a set of C7 wheels Z51 stingray 19x8.5 and 20x10. Will they fit without issues on my base C6? Anything I need to consider as a pretention problem?

I just installed a set on C7 Z51 wheels on my 2007 Z51 car. Perfect fit. No issues. Hardest part was finding the correct C6 center caps to make them look right! Remember you need to use C6 TPMS senders.

Where did you find the correct center caps?

What color wheels did you get (silver, black, ?)?

If you need silver, contact Bob at House of Wheels ... Patrick at Cultural Performance spent waaaay too much of his time (thanks Patrick!) trying to sort it out and I think we decided that GM changed the color (from solid silver to sparkle silver) and they did not match. Bob had some old-stock that matched perfectly. For black, I would try Patrick first.

I got mine from Cultrag Performance. They are a vendor on the forum here.

Try Bob at House of Wheels in Florida. Patrick at Cultrag could not source what I think are the correct silver caps (he did find some that would have worked, but they are a bit odd). The GM part number for the silver ones (9598041) has changed over the years ... the old ones match the wheel silver; the new ones are a "sparkle" silver that does not match at all. I bought caps from several vendors and eBay and found two that were right and six that were wrong; Bob saved the day by sending me two (at $25 each versus the $8 each the dealers wanted).

Alternately, if you cannot source them, let me know and I'll happily sell you the four Cultrag sent me that are not quite right but certainly good enough. They are the right color but are flat rather than convex and have a clear plexiglass sheet over the emblem. I can send photos when I get home (on business travel through Sunday). Brand new. $50 for the set, shipped in the US.
