Even though I like the look of the Z06 wheels better, I prefer to keep stock wheels on, but that's just me.

on my 2007 z06, i replaced my split spokes with the z06 spyder wheels. i few years ago i swapped out my z06 brakes for ccb's and went to the 19/20 z07 cup wheels. so far, no issues with the cup wheels cracking/bending.

Keep the GS wheels and reinstall them at a later date if you want to or if you sell the car.

Here is how I would rank the C6 wide body wheels regardless of the color or finish.

1 - Cup Wheels
2 - Z06 Spyders
3 - GS Wheels
4 - Z06 "star" pattern
5- ZR1 wheels --- too many spokes to clean

I once had a set of original GM Comp Gray C6 Z06 (Spyder) wheels on my GS ... they are a good choice, but about all you will find for these Z06 Spyder wheels now is Chinese reproductions.

Back in the day, the Spyders were a pretty hot number, but nowdays I think the Cup wheels are nicer.

I agree with the Cup wheels being nicer, and I like the 19"/20" setup.

Don't get me wrong, I still really like the spyder wheels on my car, but I would rather have the cup wheels. I just don't want to spend the money on the cup wheels and tires.
