Perfect, really ?
Facebook ad. I hate this. Its either perfect or not perfect. It cant be both.
We’ve got a 6.0 6 speed corvette in perfect condition, removable top, ice cold ac, hot heat, the passenger side windows motor is out, but trust me this is not a toy. Come check it out today! Serious inquiries only.

Better question, since the passenger window motor is out, what else on the car is screwed up that they are not stating as well.
Hence PPI would produce a Landry list from hell, but would have to pay for the PPI up front, and would never get them to lower the price to fix all the other things wrong with their perfect car.
Myself, the car is either perfect that they have kept up with the needed maintenance and repair, or it a fix upper they don't want to put the money into, and trying to dump it instead. My guess, they took it to a dealer as a trade in, dealer found the problems and dinged them hard on the trade in value, and why it trying to be sold through face book market place now. Hence Craig list went down hill over the last few years to dam near a scam site anymore, and now market place is pretty much following suit.
P.S, if you think this car is bad, wait until you find a few that the used car dealers bought at action, did mim to get them ready to sell, and selling the worst of worst of turds to the public. So on that note, if you don't want to have to dump tons of money into a Used C6 after the sale, then need to find and pay a little more up front, for someone well kept garage queen from the start.

Window motors not working isn't all that uncommon to me, growing up in FL there's a lot of vehicles that have never had their windows lowered pretty much ever. My first car was an Explorer Sport, in the 200k miles it had on it when I got it, the windows had never been lowered because the guy who owned thought it was too damn hot. So that was the first thing I had to fix on it when I bought it. That was the ONLY thing wrong with it at that time, it had been maintained really well, but the owner didn't even know the windows didn't work. So I wouldn't say that's cause for "what else is wrong wrong" kinda stuff.
That said, the c6 windows drop a little when you open the door, so it's odd to me they would seize in place. Then again, the passenger door may not have been opened in 10 plus years. Plenty of people who use vettes as 1 person cars..
