The chimes now are under control, all be it, inadvertent chimes still occasionally occur because long legs will be long legs. Thanks everybody.[/QUOTE

knee hitting the seat memory buttons?
Actually, the culprits were the 'Lock/Unlock' buttons.

Glad you found the culprit. I fought it for several trips.

Default My 2005, height of front wheel well: 25 1/8" & rear: 27 1/2"

My new 2005 has a front wheel well height,(as measuring plum and centered on the hub up to the wheel well) : 25 1/8". I like the way it looks but have to be so careful upcoming issues on the road, driveways, intersections, entering parking lots, not to mention speed bumps. My clearance at the air dam is 2 1/2". I'm thinking that there may co

me a situation that while the steering wheel is being turned, the tires may hit a bump, causing the wheels to travel vertically and hit the wheel well. Am I being paranoid?

That's only true if the windows aren't all the way up when you disconnect the battery.
