I completely agree however on my own end I feel this company would try to retaliate and have the audacity to file a harassment suit against me for the calls and e-mails. I never cursed at them or was abusive. The time and money spent for legal and such is not worth it! Sorry

If this is about CorvetteMods then watch your credit report. Even after I won a dispute against them via American Express, CorvetteMods reported me to collections. I had to dispute it with Experian, which only took a day for them to overturn it, but I didn't know about the collections for 8+ months.
