Do a Google search for "Ace Slick wheel on c6 corvette".
That was a popular wheel going back more than 10 years, so many owners had them - and pictures abound. I also considered those wheels, though I opted for the much lighter Cray Spiders.

The pictures you'll find on a Google search tell the whole story.
The lower offset and increased width of the Ace Slicks provide for a flush fit, as opposed to the OEM wheels which sit well inside the fenders.
.
Running the OEM size tires, you will not have any clearance issues. Note however that due to manufacturing practices where the rear subframe was not perfectly centered on many cars, the right rear Ace Slick wheel will sit just outside the fender by about 1/8-3/16", when viewed straight down the side of the car. This is often referred to as poke. Your tire tread however will still be just inside the inside the fender. The left rear wheel is usually flush on cars so afflicted. Rear camber settings may affect your results for better or worse.
I researched this situation quite a bit back in the day as I really liked the Ace Slick wheel. However, while being very nice looking IMO, they are very heavy. If I recall correctly, the rears in chrome are over 30lbs each.

Given the rear cradle off center issue on many of these cars, it's difficult to get an even flush stance at all four corners on a c6. Some folks evened out the rear by adding a thin spacer (Like 3mm) to the left rear.

Are these still being made? Only place I see them is West Coast Corvette / C6 Performance, and only in chrome.

Melting Slicks
it's not a C6, but I have them in 18", but same width you are looking at on my C5z in chrome flavor that I bought two years ago from WCC. They still look new and I have been pleased with the quality. They are a great set of wheels. Hopefully someone has the exact size you are looking for and can post pictures.
