Depends on what you are looking for? There are plenty of options up to $1100 on some. I just did a swap with the Reposol real carbon fiber wheel for @419 on Ebay. Quality was great, fitment was great. Shipment took about 6 days. Took about 40 minutes to swap out parts, I just need to install it on my 08Z06. Should take another 15 minutes to complete.

Are you wanting the entire assembly or just the leather circle?

Search feature, there are a lot of threads on steering wheels. If you’re looking for aftermarket, you really can’t do better than RFE, http://rfedesign.com.

Original post is kind of vague. OP, are you looking for an oem steering wheel or are you looking for a custom steering wheel? It would be much easier to "steer" you in the right direction with more info.

I swapped from my 2011 wheel to a 2012-2013 wheel and very happy with it. $235 from Rock Auto for the OEM 2012-2013 wheel and I sold my mint condition 2011 wheel for $150 shipped. So the upgrade cost me $110. It's certainly not as nice as some of the custom wheels but I'm super happy considering the money I have invested.

does it come with the trim pieces that cover the BT and volume controls when you buy on RockAuto?

guessing the airbag cover swaps over from original?

I did the 12-13 wheel swap to my 11 GS also. I bought mine in Nov, 2019 pre-COVID and got it from Rock Auto also - then they became near impossible to find and the ones for sale were $300+. Maybe there are more in stock now, you know since Buttgigieg & his boss Brandon have done such a fantastic job fixing supply chain problems.

That's correct. The wheel comes complete with the BT trim pieces. The airbag is from my original wheel.

Here's the one I ordered for my M6 w/BT car. It currently shows in stock at Rock Auto for $226 + shipping.
GM GENUINE 22805639 Black Info
Trans. code TR6060; Leather Wrapped Sport Steering Wheel (NK4), Steering Wheel Accessory Controls (UK3), BLUETOOTH/SHORT RANGE WIRELESS INTERFACE W/VOICE REC(UPF); Exc. Corvette Centennial Edition (ZLC), Trim Stitching Color (36S), Trim Stitching Color (37S), Trim Stitching Color (38S); 6 Speed Manual Trans.

Then sell the wheel off your car and you have the perfect box to ship it in.

Or if you want to hunt, the 2012 Centennial Edition has a suede rim with red stitching.

For the 2012-13 steering wheel, they come with or without bluetooth buttons. You need to order the one you want. Also, you need to order the correct wheel for manual or automatic cars. Automatic comes with the paddle shifters. There are different colored stitching options available and also suede vs leather wrapped wheel. For people looking for a 2012-13 wheel, the problem is availability. I see some on eBay, if you can't find it else where, but depends on what options you are looking for.

It’s not cheap, but it would be tough to beat my RFE Wheel. IMHO, you get what you pay for.

Very true. I personally just cant comprehend paying for a steering wheel what some people pay for an entire vehicle :P

Agreed. That cheap eBay wheel just looks funky imo. The proportions are not right.

Alcantara & Leather. Also make sure you upgrade the airbag cover. That alone will improve the OEM wheel 100%.
