“Run it course”? What would suggest 20 days? 30 days? Whenever the vendor feels like honoring an order that’s already been paid for? I realize some of you (not implying you do) have a loyalty to this vendor. If you look at the transaction feedback section you will see others that don’t.
In my opinion, 10 days is adequate time (with little response) for the order to have “run its course”.
While supply chain shortages, as well as Covid-19 are still affecting commerce, that’s still no excuse for poor customer service.

Cultrag sent me wrong and damaged parts, they would not offer a refund, I'm pursuing further action against them.
They are arrogant and disrespectful. As far as Gene Cully goes, I'd like to get that dope in the same room as me, with no witnesses.

Depending on your order, it may have been a direct ship from GM and in some cases that takes longer for them to notify the item as being shipped. Try calling the main number and see if you get a live person. I have found email works best with Gene for direct communications.
