Default C7Carbon front lip question

Hi guys and gals. So I finally bought a ZR-1 front lip from C7Carbon and side skirts from Extreme Online Stores. For those of you who have already installed this front lip, what was your method of installation? More specifically, in addition to the provided nuts, washers, and bolts, did you use M3 double sided tape as well as an adhesion promoter? I'm worried the adhesion promoter will make it extremely difficult to remove the lip and skirts if I ever damage them and need to replace them. Any advice will be greatly appreciated. Here's some pics of my girl with the parts held in place with random garage stuff. Thanks again in advance!

When I installed my front splitter (C7 Carbon also) I used the nuts and bolts with a slightly larger washer, no tape. I’ve had it on for a few years with no issues except the usual road/dirt sand blasting of it.

Its about due to be removed and re sanded and painted again, this time I will clear bra it after painting.

C7 Carbon fitment was perfect, bolted right up (yes I had to drill holes), I also installed their side skirts which fit perfect as well.

Looks great! Thank you. Hey did you use any double sided tape on the skirts? Based on your post I'm thinking tape is completely unnecessary.

Your welcome. I used no tape, on any of my installs. Spoiler, splitter and skirts.

Looks great, nice job. Tape? Or nuts and bolts?

I actually did both, but I did not add any adhesion promoter and also didn't go too crazy with the tape. I applied 6 strips about 5-6" long between the drilled holes. I was afraid I'd be unable to get it off in the future if I have to. Thank you, side skirts go on tomorrow. 🤙🏼🇺🇸
