That's a tough question. The first one went from stock to cam and bolt ons to supercharged. It was a base model 2008 M6 with the LS3. Learned a lot on that one. Second one was a loaded 2013 GS that went from stock to cam, bolt ons, and supercharger with meth. First one made 640 at the wheels. Second one made 660. The last one, and the one I still own, is a 2013 no options base model with M6 tranny.

I kind of like it the best out of all of them. My son and I did heads, cam, all sorts of bolt ons, sways, and shocks all at one time. Transformed it from mild to fairly wild in a few days. Getting 600's with a supercharger is easy peasy. Getting 500 without a supercharger while maintaining perfect manners isn't common at all. Plus, it's about the same weight as a Z06 with more power. Most of that power can be used on the streets and it gets pretty damn good fuel eco too. All that mattered to me.

For me everything I have done to the car has been thought out before I made a purchase and I am very happy with everything I have done to date. My favorites thus far are wheels, painted calipers, borla exhaust and getting rid of the silver trim in the car. Oh yea and a custom shift **** I had made and then leather wrapped.

I will say that the best money I spend was for 3.90s gears and set of extreme contact sports

Happy with all the mods I’ve done thus far…..supercharger, carrivaggio wheel, kooks long tubes, Kenwood head unit and front and rear cameras, new speakers, sound deadening and Vettenuts premium insulation, and LEDs throughout, also powder coated sway bars and a few other pieces. Got some more mods on the list I’m looking forward to doing over the next few years too….

For me was putting Bullets on for exhaust. On all of them.

Although replacing my '05 LS2 with an LS3 is right up there.

Tune was a great bang for buck. 6 speed cars, tune eliminated CAGS, adjusted fans for cooler running car, and performance difference. Auto car, tune adjusted fans for cooler running car, and performance difference, biggest difference was the automatic trans tune, never expected the automatic to perform this good.

I also will vote for the upgraded after market Stereo, Amp, Speaker system.
I just installed the FAST intake on my LS2 and it made a difference.

Before you order anything make sure its in stock otherwise your waiting till the supplier can get it to the vendor. This can take the fun out of it. That being said I had an exasperating time with my wheel exchange with WCC. Anything ive ordered from Southern Car Parts went ok . Im happy with all my mods although they are mostly cosmetic.

I am going to take another approach to this question…. As an active driver in SCCA and HPDE events and from track experience, the BEST money spent for “enhancing your sports car driving experiance” is to spend some money on YOU, the driver. Learn to drive your car to its current limits, then modify where needed.

Favorite mods: MGW shifter, wireless CarPlay radio, blacked out side markers, and '12/13 steering wheel swap in my '11.
Overpriced but I like it a lot: 4LT leather door panels & console lid.
So-so mods, that you can do a lot cheaper DYI: M2W.
Have it, not installed yet: 1-4 shift eliminator.

Every mod has been worth it to the manufacturer, the advertiser, the supplier and / or the distributor.

I have modded my 2011 GS ever since I bought her. The best - Mild to Wild switch (rocker style), kenwood Excelon Stereo and amp, Stainless steel grill and side opening inserts and hood insert, Custom Leather interior pieces, Side Skirts, LED interior and exterior lights.

Would not buy again (personal opinion) Caliper Covers - Stock Tires -
