Default power convertible top does not go up

The power top on my 2008 convertible does not want to go up. I checked all of the usual stuff and everything is in order but no luck. In poarricular I couldnot find in the owners manual where the fuse was for the top mechanism. can someon helo me locate that? any other thoughts for the malfunction wold be helpful too..

I'm assuming you re indexed the windows?

Any messages on the DIC?

I do not know what index the windows means. In the past the windows rolled themselves down when i pushed the switch. I also don't know what the DIC is either.

To index roll both windows up and hold switch up for 2 sec then release, then hold up again till it beeps. Dic is the center dash display.

I rolled both windows up and held the switch for 3-4 seconds then released it. When I held the switches up again there was no beep. Nothing on the center display.

I tried your suggestion again and this time it worked! I never would have figured that out on my own. Thanks a whole lot!
