Bit of an older thread, I know, but I'm wanting to duplicate your setup here. Ive been looking for a push button switch like this that perfectly replaced the cigarette lighter without having to file the hole open any bigger. Did this switch fit good? Do you have a link to the actual switch you installed?

I used this. It puts the switch high up on the dead pedal so you can activate it with your left foot keeping your hands on the wheel.

I thought hard about using the dead pedal, but after spending a little bit of time paying attention, i find myself resting my foot on the dead pedal fairly often, and i tend to always place it towards the top. I'm worried that the switch may get in the way. It's definitely my second choice though if the push button in the ash tray compartment doesn't work out.

I made myself exact minus the lettering, guess I could make more if people need/want.

Switch fits pretty good... Had to modify the back nut to get a good tight fit, but well worth it.

Still available online to purchase here https://www.corvetteexhaustsystems.c...shtray-insert/

I have been looking for an STL file to print my own for about an hour now, so far not coming up with a file. Anybody know of a location for or have a 3d print file?

That Ad right there is the reason I will not hand off my STL File. I do print them for locals if they want one for free.
Sorry for the bad news from my side

UpDate: Was rude of me not to offer up originally, if you want me to print you one and you pay shipping, I have no problem printing you one for free.
