Default no start

need help my 05 vette wont start first car was not in reverse and drained battery completely charged it up car would start and run but key fob not detected not taking chances i bought new battery and fully charged it also put in new fob batteries also now no start and both lights on toggle switch on accessory and off also go to start it all lights come on but no start ;;also switch clicks put fob in slot in glove box to no avail any ideas thanks in advance dave

Just wanted some clarification. Is it now detecting the FOB or is it not? Usually both lights come on when no fob is not detected and it tells you on the screen.

thank you for replying actually not saying it now but every thing light up even saying car is started

so it just powers on but doesnt turn over the engine and start the car?

That could be a lot of things. 1st thing would be to make sure when you go to start the voltage on your battery doesn't drop below like 8 volts. Make sure terminals are Clean and connection is good. Then would look at starter if you have headers on the car with no heat shield on the starter the wires and plastic on the starter become brittle and break. Make sure the connections aren't loose or broken.
