Default Smog In Nevada

Does anyone know the smog rules in Nevada. Does Carson City NV require smog. I tried looking it up but can't find a straight answer. If you know about this please help me out.

When in Nevada, if you see smog resembling this...run like hell.

No, it would be this (Baneberry Incendent),

December 18, 1970: The underground detonation of the 10 kiloton “Baneberry” bomb caused a giant radioactive cloud, exposed the test site personnel to about 247 PBq of radioactive particles and caused nuclear fallout in the states of California, Idaho, Orgeon and Washington.

And FYI, no way to get the hell out from under the fall out in time to start with, counter to the whole "duck and cover" that was taught to keep you safe all the way up to 1974, 4 years even after Baneberry. Hell, even the fall out shelters of the time in building basements and different areas, did not keep you safe from the fall out as well (just placebos to give fail hope).

Carson does not require a smog. Only two counties, Clark and Washoe require smogs.

I live in Clark County and even though we have SMOG - it is not an issue.

I have long tubes, no cats, nitrous, etc and pass every time. Make sure your tune is solid and no CEL's, and your readiness checks out. He showed me the readouts last time and you would never know the difference.
