C6 exhaust
I just picked up a 2008 C6 3LT convertible auto. Exhaust is a tad quiet.Looking for just a little more sound Im deciding between the Corsa or Borla but I do not want to cut any original remaining parts. Best choice? Thx

Best advice is always go listen for yourself. We all have different ears and expectations.
That being said, two Corvettes for me, both Corsa Sport.

There’s really very little difference in sound. I have a Borla S classic. Rest of the car is stock. Sounds about perfect for me. Rumble but turns to a high end foreign car on the big end.

Another vote for Corsa Sports. They're the perfect blend of loud and quiet when you want them to be. The best advice is to listen to as many clips on YouTube as you can. They're not perfect but they're close and they'll give you an idea.

JRGARDEN, your avatar sez you’re in the Charlotte area, if so, my advice is to find a cars/coffee, you shouldn’t have a problem. any local Corvette Club is another alternative for C/C locations. and listen live. YouTube, internet/sound clips are only as good as their spkrs. hope this helps...

Headers and x-pipe exiting through npp. Noise with power increase is where it's at, man.

It's pretty difficult to beat Corsa Sport or Xtreme. Borla sounds OK but the tips are no where near the same level as Corsa. We did have to cut my old H-pipe for over the axle Sport 16 years ago. My system has been changed 3 times, all Corsa.

Keep in mind there are three different Borla's for the C6, Touring, S-Type and ATAK which sound distinctly different.
Here is a link to a Borla vid.
You can hear the difference in the sound characteristics of each of the Borla types. The vid especially cool as the comparison is done by putting one type of system on each of three different C6 Grand Sports.
Here is a link to a similar vid of a Corsa exhaust on a Z06 Z51 C6. It sounds really good.
The Corsa and the Borla ATAK sound pretty similar. I have the S-Type. Mine sounds more like the ATAK in the video. Long tube headers, 3" pipes and CAT option will do that.
I will try to find someone with the Corsa exhaust, just to hear the difference in person. Side by side with mine would be awesome!
Apparently there are two different Corsa exhausts, Sport and Extreme.
