That is fully closed to I assume fully open. The range is fully adjustable from partial open to full open and everything in between.

Previous spouse had this setup, or something similar on his 2016 GT350, I don't remember it having much of a range, it was either loud or obnoxious, man-boy loud.

Akrapovic if you have a Z06 or ZR1. It's what I have and it's a fantastic sounding exhaust.

ECO’s range from open to close infinite. You stop where you want it with volume. Not like npp which is open or closed
