I just purchased this new GM full length black spoiler with the intent to have it painted Inferno Orange Metallic, my GS has the RPO code H35 Black option. A Corvette brother along with my wife thinks I need to leave it black to go along with the headlights, not sure I'm on board with it, but it is kinda growing on me.....let me know what you think

I like it black.

I started with an Arctic White spoiler but had it painted black along with halo, targa and side mirrors.

Would have to see the front to say for sure. I dont love the look of that spoiler, co.pared ti the zr1 spoiler, so I wouldnt want it to be as prominent as it is in black. Plus, your tails arent black, the corners arent, IMO you need a lot more black to try to balance it out.

Plus, IO is such a great color!

I have a VY with a transparent (black roof) and I painted the door handles, spoiler etc the same as the body color, but when I changed to black headlights, I returned all of them back to OEM and sold the painted stuff.
I love the black contrast, that matches both the roof and headlights.

The contrast will look good on your C6 as well, especially with the black headlights.

That's tough. Those headlights are super tinted, vs like black OEM ones. IMO, to balance it out, you need a LOT of black.

I’m going against the majority and say it should be painted. To me appears to a added on part (which is kind of is) and doesn’t look correct. This is no disrespect to the guys that have it black,

Probably isn't really "wrong" to keep it black but as I ponder my answer......I say go with the body color. Beautiful Corvette either way.
