Default Buzzing inside dash behind radio. Help

I have a 09 z06. There is a buzzing in the dash when I first start it up. The noise stops after about 20 seconds. IT sounds like its a vacuum control unit of some sort. Can anyone offer any suggestions
Thanks
Roger

A common dash noise is the climate control sensor. It is the grill located just below the start button.

The sensor has a fan and it can detach from the clip. Reach under the dash with the power off and see if it is out of place, loose.

If it is it can buzz.
