I’m looking to pick up a set of these (in gloss black) for my GS so I like the wheel design itself, but personally don’t think it looks the best in the smaller size & on a narrow body. I don’t think they look bad, but a different wheel style would probably look better on your car. Some wheels just look better on different model Vettes - like the wheels in the post above look great on that car but wouldn’t look good on a wide-body.

I’m a black wheels guy but if you dig it that’s all that matters. I personally would’ve put black C7 Z06 wheels over the C7 ZR1 wheels.

I think the chrome on your wheels looks much better than the stock chrome c6 wheels, plus chrome really pops on black

Personally, I think they would look better in black. Not a big fan of chrome wheels.

I generally tend not to give my opinion on wheels here unless opinions are requested... All that matters is if you like it.

I think chrome wheels on any C6 really date the car, not in a good way. The C6 body style in my opinion is the best to date, and it looks great in black. With a more modern wheel finish, black or brushed aluminum, or even a gun metal finish, it looks muck more current. How many 911s do you see with chrome wheels?

I like the wheel style just not the finish. Some bigger tires would have filled out the wheel wells better too.

Don't know what your ride looked like before, so hard to judge if better or not. Sounds like you had black wheels though. The "murdered" look can be good but I don't think chrome against black ever looks bad. To me, it's not just the color of the car or the color of the wheels, but it's the pairing of the 2 together than can set it off, or NOT. I have the comp gray wheels on my arctic white and I think it looks great, which is really all that should matter, but I'm sure there are some that would disagree, and that's fine too. I'm glad many like to do things to make it their own. That way when you get them in a group, no 2 look exactly alike.
