I’ve had 2 black Vettes & 6 black daily drivers between my wife & I. It’s been nothing but Zaino for the past 16 years. People can sai it’s old and there’s better products but nothing is easier to put on and take off. All of our daily drivers had over 100k miles when traded in and they looked better than cars with half the miles. No desire to ever change or try something new.

I like to use Chadwicks. Use their rubber claybar then their washless system. I can do my entire car in 20 minutes, with no washing.

There is nothing to worry about with the orbital buffer. If you press to hard it will actually stop. It is the rotary style that you see the body shops use that will damage the paint is not use correctly. You can pick up a good buffwer for a little over a hundred dollars and they go up from there. Adams has some great video's on the use of the buffers. Checks these out

I have to disagree 100% with you. I have been using a orbital buffer for years on my C5, C6, our GMC Acadia, now on our new Equinox plus my sons 1968 Restored numbers matching BB Camaro and never had an issue. But I guess there maybe some people out there that would find a way to screw up.

The only thing I liked about zaino was how it smelled but everyone has their preferences. Your car does look good btw.
I do wish it had better water bearing properties like a legit wax but I am very happy with how long the polish stays on the car and seems to protect the paint very well. And it does smell great.

I had my car professionally paint corrected about 2.5 years ago. My car is always garaged. I was told by Mike Phillips and his friend Robert D. Who worked on my car to use blackfire waterless wash for a detail spray. Once in awhile I use Blackfire crystal sealer. They both take about 20 minutes. No more waxing for me as it will produce swirls especially by hand.

MEGUIAR's #26 yellow IMO!
My wife used to have a 1998 Grand Prix GT and I used it on that car! My neighbor lady used to say she could tell our Grand Prix from all the others because it was always a richer black! This photo doesn't do the car justice. THE BEST EVERDAY CAR I EVER OWNED!
I've used MEGUIAR's wax since the 1960's and won't change now. My 1965 MUSTANG GT fastback always had the metal flake MEGUIAR's sticker in the back window. This one will most likely go in the back window of my 1972 Cutlass 442 when I finally get it painted.....
