Street outlaw car. Most likely makes real serious horsepower, somewhere around a 1000 or better I would guess. Why would you even drive something like that on the street? Maybe midnight "fishing trips".

I think I’ve never seen a street driven car with a parachute. No. I actually never have. Holy smokes.

Ps, I think I’d paint that spoiler thing to blend in a little.
