I would run a carfax for sure. With the recent hurricanes there are hundreds of thousands of cars that sufferred from water damage. Many of these vehicles were not insured and so the damage may not show on carfax. You may want to have a dealer perform an inspection. There is a company called Centro that do inspections but they can be pricey. Open the doors and look at the seat tracks...looks for dirt or soot on top of items inside of the vehicle. Look under the vehicle and look for settled sediment on top of the structure or in the engine bay. Just good to be sure and not sorry later.
Wow Very Nice Car! Please, do drive it a little more!
Enjoy the ride!!
I promise I will drive it! Hopefully I will have it in a week or so. Here are two quick photo's (taken by the dealer) of the car with the original cup wheels back on it. It is one of only twelve 60th Anniversary Z06/Z07's built in 2013! It also a 3LZ, has Magnetic Ride Control, has the rare raised carbon fiber hood, the carbon fiber package and of course the ceramic brakes.
Nice purchase! Only concerning thing is the mileage is too low for a 2013, with the bearing issue they had that year. Get a warranty, and drive it. Congrats
