I believe this is the wheel you have in mind, guys?

I must say I am a bit confused about it - everythign is different here than regular C6 wheel so can you pelase tell me if this wheel is a regular 2012-13 wheel or was just installed in some trim evels only?

Take care

That's the 2012-2013 whee. that came on all cars. The only variable to my knowledge was lower trims (e.g., 1LT) did not have the bluetooth button on the left side (like mine). Thanks.

Of course it's not! It's actually livelier than ever before

Ladies and Gentlemen! Please welcome! 1 1/8 inch smaller steering wheel for Corvette C6!

We don't have any original C6 wheel in our shop as of now so I used Chevy Cobalt wheel for comparison as it is basically the same wheel, only bare rubber.

What do you think?

Take care

My question is the thickness of the steering wheel. Is it any thicker than stock, i like thicker steering wheels like on BMW or in my DD S60.

This is the wheel that came on my 2012 GS Centennial Edition, except it's not covered w/alcantara w/ red stitching!

It's not clear whether those are smaller in diameter though.

None of the smaller wheels shown here have flat bottoms and the only Vette wheel shown on the site is a flat bottom.

Flat bottom steering wheels we have been selling for quite sme time already are OEM diameter horizontally and vertical diameter is smaller - for obvious reasons

I don't think we will be making flat bottom version of smaller diameter wheels as the diameter of smaller wheel is pretty much the same as the vertical diameter of current flat bottom wheels so it does not make much sense to flatbottom the smaller wheel - this may be too much modifications and I'm afraid it may hurt your driving experience instead of upgrading it...

But I'm open to your opinions guys, as always, so if you want to have flat bottom version of smaller wheel, we will surely make it for you

Take care

Yes it is - but just a little bit - we did not use our regular 1/8" padding as it would make the smaller wheel look bulky - a bit like a Pillsbury Doughboy, as someone mentioned

Guys, the smaller diameter steering wheel for C6 will be oficially available under this link: https://www.redlinegoods.com/C6fbwheel.php tomorrow. Te official retail price, for a start, will be $895 shipped.

However, as we're having a Memorial Day today we decided to drop the price for the FIRST 10 STEERING WHEELS to $750 SHIPPED!. This offer is for CorvetteForum Members ONLY and is not advertised anywhere else!

And THERE'S MORE: we're offering $50 REFUND to everyone who will post their referral with a few good quality photos of the steering wheel instaled in the car on forums and facebook! What do you think?

Everyone interested, PM me for details on how to order yours. The offer is valid until End of This Week (but only until first 10 wheels are ordered).

Take care

Jack

Flat bottom smaller diameter would be nice, but it would be tough to know how someone would like it without trying it. Does the special price for the first 10 smaller wheels include single color only, dual color, stitching options, etc?
