Narrowly avert collision

Narrowly avert collision
Yesterday I nearly had a head-on collision. Fortunately, I was alert as a light brown SUV popped over a hill. A slight correction to the right put me in gravel. The Vette handled flawlessly. My brain in the 1/1000s of a second beforehand was already simulating the collision with crumpled parts and the sickening sound that accompanies it. This is the second time I have evaded a head-on & both times the car shrugged it off like nothing. I hate to admit it, but frankly it was pretty invigorating.

You can't see the photos ... nobody can
"jrose7004" is using Photobucket for his image hosting ... It don't work anymore like it used to work.
jrose7004 need to find a new photo image hosting company if he wants others to see the photos he is posting here. Maybe "Imgur" would work good for him.

I know I'm j/k, but I'd move. Two times avoiding a head on collision? I wouldn't be looking forward to the third time. Something is wrong here even tho I just read about a 2am yesterday morning head on in my general metro area. It is rare. Anywhere. GL.

I've been lucky and so far have not had any near misses in our Vette. But I'll tell you I am wary of most of the drivers out there in our area. Many have cell phones stuffed in their ears or are distracted for some other reason. These mountain roads where I live tend to hurt people pretty badly or kill them. . . .
