2013 GS is there a way to test the ECM if software was installed to put NPP exhaust the fuse is in place. I heard it's possible being the end of the model year also any one who can do install after mufflers are purchased near northwest Indiana

There is more to the NPP than just the programming in the computer. Aside from the NPP mufflers themselves, you would need the vacuum and lines that would hook up the flaps.
You can check the RPO codes (in the glove box?) for the NPP code. If not there, your car was not equipped with NPP from the factory. If you want to get NPP exhaust working on your non-NPP car, you will need to pick up “NPP in a box”. Vendors here sell it.
