Have to look for picture editing software online. Might want to check out cnet.com for possibly a free program.

thanks guys but you might as well be speaking Russian to me and no I am not looking for her e-mails. (excuse the pun)...I am lost with this IT crap. It took me 4 days to get the pics from my phone to shutterfly...10 minutes from shutterfly to my desktop and then when I use the forum test page the pics are ginormous !!...and I cant navigate to another page because the darn pic is to big!!!

As far as resizing, most forums today (including I think CF) will automatically reduce oversized pictures. Knowing how to actually post pictures online is a whole other thing.

Why are you sending them to shutterfly?
1 - you could post right off your phone onto CF.
2 - Or - You can send them to your email on your computer - if you are using an IPhone you can choose the resolution just before they send it. The pop up gives you 4 different options - choose the second lowest and it works well.
3 - if you are using a standard camera reduce the resolution before you take the picture down to 600x400
To post pictures to CF simply click the box that says go advanced when you respond or go to a thread starter, more icons pop up - look for the paperclip - double click the paperclip and the picture loader tool will pop up.
Click to load files - browse files on your computer until you find the pictures you want to load double click on them one by one and away you go
Works the same from a smart phone or a computer to post photos to CF

I use this site. It's free and pretty simple to use. You can even do multiple photos at one time.

Great picture resizer, painless to use:
https://imageresizer.codeplex.com/
Once installed you can right-click on any picture file and it gives you the option to quickly resize it, appending the new size on the original file name.

I use this for 95% of my photography. I only use Photoshop for stuff that is in serious need of help, which isn't that often anymore unless I am restoring old photographs for family members.

If all else fails, consult with JT in the forum HELP section.
https://www.corvetteforum.com/forums/help-forum-31/
There are also some stickies in that section that might help.
