Those are factory delivery covers, designed and specifically made to fit the Corvettes. They have an inner flannel covering, then have a special outer cover. They are computer cut and made so they fit like a glove. NOTHING like a standard car cover. You can spend 1-2K+ for a custom cover that will fit just like it, but for the extra money (cost of trailer and cover upgrade), why not just buy a enclosed trailer and be done with it?
And just remember, these are being delivered to the dealers who take the protective factory cover off then buff/detail etc...

Speaking of trailering a Vette, I need to get mine from Dallas to Houston to get it painted. Who would be the best source to rent a trailer or a dolly to get the job done? I'm thinking a trailer may be smarter than a dolly.

The OM specifically says DON'T use a dolly. All four wheels must be off the pavement.

The trailer has an electric hydraulic tilt. It won't tilt enough to allow the vert to load without scraping. I use a set of race ramps to allow smooth leading. I have travled over 10,000 miles over the past several years. Works great. I cover the car most nightd when I travel. Jda
