Don't know anyone specifically in Monmouth, but I can give you some clubs in the area to research.
Capital City Corvette Club - Salem
Willamette Valley Corvette Assn. - Salem
Beaver State Corvette Club - Albany / Corvallis
and Cascade Corvette Club in Eugene, but that is probably farther than you want to travel.

I live in Silverton and have a LMB 2007 and just almost done with 1973 restoration. Have not joined a local club. Thinking about it.
