Default Headlight Smoke - Tint or Cover?

Im looking for a product recommendation from those of you who have smoked / tinted the front headlights. I saw some vettes with the overlay tint and it DID NOT look good but it might've been some really bad work.

If someone can give me examples of their headlight tint or if theres a cover available for sale online that I might be able to check out please comment

Only way to make it look right is to paint the bezels. Tint or covers suck.

My first ZR1 came with tinted head lights and you couldn't tell unless you picked at the edges. Plus, it's like clear bra and helps protect against rock chips and sand blasting and can be easily replaced.

Draw back is, I developed crazing, those little cracks that pop up all over the place, and the dealer wouldn't warranty them because they said anything covering the head lights (tint, covers, paint, etc.) increases the heat and voids the warranty. Dealers will vary of course, but I thought I'd pass on my experience at least.

I've used their products before, nice quality. I am hesitant to use the headlight covers thou because of the fragile covers on Vettes.

Nice. I'd love to put the tinted covers on but don't want to risk crazing the new lights.
