Work 12 hour days and nights. Love it. Better than the 3 8hour shifts.

I work 4 10s 2200 - 0830...not too bad took a few weeks to get used to

11-7 for over ten years now. I love it ! Nobody on the roads (I go against traffic), no upper management to deal with, I can be home with the kids during the day, it just works out better all around. Besides I hate getting up early in the mornings !
