Those may be my "internal, angry thoughts" Big R, but honestly, knowing my life circumstances when I first started, and what I was looking for, I have nothing but appreciation and gratitude for those who actually were part of a reliable, dependable group who worked in various roles but always would help one another out when an issue or need would arise.
I didn't want to leave "angry" but knowing that I always did whatever my role was to the best of my abilities made me an invaluable asset that they could rely on to get the job done.
Couple "way up the ladder" people heard the news today and told my immediate management team while it is a huge loss of experience and knowledge, it is their responsibility to find a replacement(s).
For me personally, there have been numerous things I have seen, places I have visited, and people I have interacted with and made friendships with that are absolutely priceless.
Hoping to spend more time doing fun things and enjoying time with Isaiah, my now 6-year-old grandson.
May even start doing some car detailing work, as long as they are paying customers and not looking for hand-outs to occupy my time.
