I would like to know if anyone out there knows what the factory tint is on a Vette. I have a 2010 GS, although I imagine the factory tint is the same on all Vettes. Unfortunately I live in the wonderful freezing ( coldest since 1904) province of Quebec. Here we are only legally allowed a tint of 70% meaning a photometer reading of 70% of light passing through the windows. Most places here are charging $350.00 to do the tint, and I'm not sure if it's worth it if the factory tint is almost the same.

70% from the factory...so adding any tint would make you illegal. You have the same regulations as us here in Pa. although there are some exceptions for the back window if you have 2 outside mirrors, SUV's also have an exception. Enforcement is a whole different game...
