Default Nav Disc

I have Version 5 Nav disc. Would like to update to Version 9 or at least 8, but 200 dollars just seems crazy. Anybody got any ideas? I had a bad experience with ebay, so would prefer not to go that route. Thx

Look for one here in the parts for sale section.

Thanks! I buy lots of stuff on ebay. Never had a problem but I always look at the sellers rating and feedback. I actually got my nav updated disc from there for $80. Thats the only other option I'd suggest.

Try carsnavigation.com. I picked up one for under $100 new. It works great.

If you have a Corvette club in your area, ask if any of the members have a slightly older disc they would like to sell/donate.

Dumb question of the day; I just bought a 2013 427 and it went right into storage for the winter (was delivered Thanksgiving weekend); I plan on making up for it this spring! what version Nav disc would I have? Is there a worthwhile update or would mine be adequate?

AFAIK, they made a version every year from 2005 to 2013. They did not make a 2014 version and haven't yet made a 2015 version.
The price is a ripoff, but you'd think they'd be happy to get the money by continuing to make updates. They already have the info, just need to burn the discs for maybe $5 and sell for $200?
