Yo Gene,
I met you at Carlisle the last couple of years...Send my best to the other folks i met at your tent this year.
Otherwise known to me as..."hot dog grill dude", "dude sitting' next to ya-
dude", "the cool chick with nice hair", "older stud muffin at the end of the
table-dude". Then there's "tattoo calf Boy", "pocket pool Parkinson boy"
Seems like you had one or two more there maybe "white rim sunglasses dude" and "hiding over in the corner-boy".
Seriously though, I enjoyed meeting and doing business with you...i'm going to miss good ole Patrick, he is one heck of a parts man. He was always very helpful and knowledgable. Damn, gonna miss y'all....

It's Patriot Pontiacs loss as far as I'm concerned. You were making them money.

Hurry up and find another place soon. You are and asset to the Corvette community.

Gene,
Awww man, you always had great service and prices.

I don't know what happened, but man, I'm sure a lot of business is going
to follow you wherever you go.

I wish you the best, and I hope you will be able to offer your services again.
I know I will be a customer.

Sorry Gene, but I can not echo the praise the rest of this forum has for you, Patrick and GM Parts Warehouse.

I am in the middle of my only transaction with GM Parts Warehouse (chosen based on praise from the forum) and it has been miserable from the start and has only gotten worse.

I can only assume that you knew this was coming when Patrick took my payment on September 24th and didn't care how your customer would get their product or if they ever would. I didn't find out until I called today to check on the status of my order because you didn't provide any order confirmation or tracking information.

If this was effective 10/1, everyone with an open order should have found out no later than 10/1 and they should have found out through a direct notification from you, not your website when they came hunting or a recorded message when they tried to track you down.

I know you can't please everyone but I can not understand how you please anyone with this type of service or lack there of.

I'm sorry you feel this way. While I can understand the anger, the accusations are not correct. I stopped taking money and shut the website down as fast as I could get it down upon the separation.

Patriot will not leave you hanging as you will either get the part or the money. It is a lot for the parts department only to be taking on at the moment.

I have learned from this experience, in more than one way or manner, and am taking all of this into consideration in my future endeavor.

I'm sorry for any inconveniences. I've been communicating with customers by email letting them know how to handle the final transactions. As I've already mentioned, I am considering all of this in my future endeavor.
