States the DO NOT Required Emissions TESTING????
I own a lot of sportscars here is CA and tired of smogging em every few months. Takes the fun out of owning and modding my cars. I am looking to register them in another state. WHich ones are favorable for this and hopefully not too far from CA. Any tips or help would be great. I am thinking of buying a small home out of state and register it there all in one day. Sick of it!!!!!

It's not close, but West Virginia had no smog test AND great back roads to play on. Down side is weather is awful Dec-Mar. Register 'em in WV and keep 'em in CA. Insurance is a bunch cheaper too.

Kansas does not have any kind of testing. Thankgoodness. I don't know what you consider faraway but any state that you can register without testing is worth the distance to me

Florida:
no safety inspections (from what I have seen that might not be a good thing)
no emissions testing
no front license plates
no annual car property tax
Having just moved from Northern Virginia which had all of the above, pretty nice

I thought California was the only state that had a state wide requirement. Cities have requirements elsewhere but not states.
Before you go investing a lot of money you might want to check on the requirements for registering in California. Most states require residents to register their cars and trucks within a specific timeframe. Florida gives its new residents just 10 days to register while Alabama and New York make it 30 days. In order to prove you meet your state’s insurance minimums, you’ll need to update or switch your car insurance shortly after moving. Some places you won’t be able to register a car in a state you aren’t insured in. Alabama gives me a hassle every year because I'm insured in Illinois with an Alabama title and Alabama driver's license. I have to call the insurance company and have them fax proof of insurance to the person in the DMV handling my registration this year. Or I could drive to the DMV and wait in line for an hour. You need to keep your story straight as to where you live and where you are just visiting. My problem is I want to "live" in Illinois to save over $1,000 in property taxes while spending most of my time in Alabama showing a license at banks, etc.

Texas has emissions testing if you are in a major city or surrounding county.

No annual inspection of any sort in Oklahoma. Registration, after the initial sales tax, etc, is not over $100 per year - it decreases with the age of the vehicle.

In Houston Texas they just plug into the car and ask it if it's running correct. If you program your computer it will tell their computer your car is legal. My car has no cats and stinks of racing fuel the whole time it is running and I have no problem getting inspected.

Tennessee
No stinkin emissions
No stinkin' car inspections. Drive whatchu brung.
No stinkin' front plate
No stinkin' income tax
Hasn't been that long ago that there was No stinkin' Insurance required. But that changed. Funny though. My insurance costs the same. Hmmm
Great Corvette roads here in the Smokey Mountains.
But do it quick cause the bureaucrats in Nashville are determined to make our fine state more "sophisticated" by giving its fair citizens more taxes and regulations by which to live.
