I'm starting to think stupidity really is contagious because it seems that everyday there’s a story of some idiot who completely ups the ante.

Case in point: this 37-year-old guy who allegedly shot someone in Montana and then tried to make a getaway in a silver 2013 Corvette that he rented for the caper.

Couldn't he have picked something less conspicuous?
