Skyline Drive cruise status
Does anyone know why the Shenandoah Valley Corvette Club no longer organizes bi annual cruises either on the Skyline Drive or in that general location?
If I recall, they stopped the cruises directly on the Skyline Drive due to Government permit requirements. But then they switched the cruises to roads in the general area of the Skyline Drive and a couple I attended provided a great outing.
These events seemed to be enjoyed by everyone who participated and had the added benefit of being a local fundraiser.

The Skyline would be an awesome Vette drive. I just did it 2 weeks ago on my Harley and really liked the area. I told my wife we are going back in the Vette for the Skyline and BRP.
