OWNERS OF C6 Z51s!!! Need Help!
Anyone know what the best way is to remove the radiator off a z51 vette that has the oil coolers built in. Mine is cracked. I get my part tomorrow but was wondering how to remove these 4 fittings that are attached.
Also the ac condenser is attached to the unit as well. Need to fgure out how to remove this as well.

If you are digging that deep into the engine / radiator area, I personally would not do it without a repair manual. You'r answers are most likely in there.
There might be other areas of this forum where someone can give you the answer off the top of their head too. Maybe even here, I'd have the repair manual in the garage regardless.

There's a tool to separate the lines from the radiator, you'll probably need a 3/8" for the trans and 1/2" for the oil cooler. Or you can remove the clips.
For the condenser, it will lift off the radiator, you'll just have to work it or discharge the system and remove and install as a unit.

Ok got everything off. Oil diripping a little from the transmission cooler, but I plugged it up with wire shelf end caps. Now I cannot for the life of me get the fan to come down and then the radiator to come out., he ac condenser is pushed forward away from the radiator unit.
