Mine is named after one of my favorite cars of all time. The 1989 Pontiac Turbo Trans Am. One of the baddest cars of the 80's. I still regret selling mine.

Name
In all the forums that I participate in, [ Photography, model trains and this one ] I always have used my real name, figuring that if I have something to say, I better not be afraid to let people know who the hell I am.
{ I also use my first name on my license plate }

I was a long haul, international airline pilot for many years. For flights over 12 hours in length (most were) we carried two complete cockpit crews and we had a crew bunk room, behind the cockpit, in the upper deck.
On my initial training flight from New York to Tokyo, the Instructor Captain told me " I think I'm gonna lay down, take a nap and pay my mortgage." Thus was born the dozing4dollars nickname.
