Is this a good price for a 2006 ?
I found a MINT 2006 M6 coup with 20,049 miles. It's red with black leather and flawless condition. Not a chip or scratch on it. Is $27,500 a good price for it ? I really want it but only if the price sounds right to you guys. Thanks!

To find if the car has a Z51 package open the glove box. There is a sticker with many numbers, and Z51 should be on there somewhere. Easy way (I think) to tell if it's a 3LT is look for the Heads Up Display unit in the top of the dash in front of the steering wheel. You'll know it if you see it. It should also have heated seats that preferably work.

$27,500 is a fair price. Too many people on this forum will tell you they got the exact same car, but a 2012 with 4LT, navigation, F55 MSRC, TT&L, out the door price of $17,217 and the dealer even kicked in a $2500 gift card as well.
I call on most of those fairy tales. If it's what you want, jump on it, you won't regret it and the price is just fine.

If it's the car you want and it has those low miles, go for it. To me it's worth it to get a car barely broken in for maybe a few $ more than other cars for sale.
I found a mint 2006, 8,750 mile C6 two years ago with both tops, 3LT, F55, factory chrome wheel option, etc. etc. and paid a bit more than what others would say it was worth...but to me it was worth every penny I paid for it and then some.
Best car I've ever had.

I think it is a fair price too if in excellent condition...
There are a bunch of tire kicking low ballets on here... If I ever sell mine it will never be listed here.
If it's what you want Get it checked out and buy it

I think it's a good price. Some people here like to devalue other peoples rides, but there's seem to appreciate. If you like it, go for it. You don't know how long you're here for.

3LT had navigation system, heated seats, dual zone climate and heads up display on windshield. At a glace the nav system would be the clue
z51 has all kinds of handling improvement options. At a glance the large drilled brake rotors would be the clue as to if the car has that package.
I shopped quite a bit for an '06 and found them to be in the 25k to 29k range the one I really wanted was 27k and had these two packages and 28k miles. The guy backed out of the deal and I was able to find an '08 with these packages and 36k miles from auction at 27k so I was thrilled.

Well....I do have a 2006 coupe with 3LT, navi, Z51, 6 spd manual, factory chrome wheels, Magnaflow cat back system and flawless paint + running newish Hankooks. Mileage is at 31k. It is not for sale but in a private sale I would be very happy to get 28 or 29k.

USe AutoTrader and do a nationwide search for "asking prices" you will have a good idea of what to pay.
I paid $29.5 for an 05 Vert with 23K in May and did not think it was such a bad deal. I would have had to go to Texas or Florida to save maybe $1000. Not worth it Nothing like a local vehicle you can see and touch without going very far. If you lose $4000 in a year you still drove the car for far less a month than most newer Vette owners,
I did a nationwide search for asking prices....on an 05 Vert with NAV

Based on these prices I should get what I paid for mine if I sold it today,

Looks like a good price to me. Last August I bought a 2006 Vert, A6, 3LS, factory chrome wheels, new Michelins, 22,800 miles, in the color I wanted for $31,500. Also it was a three hour drive away so I could see/drive it and save shipping or travel. I am very happy and satisfied with the deal and the car. I was told here that it should be $28,500. I looked on all the car sites and couldn't find any deal as good as this. I found it on CL.
