that's horrible an I hope its an easy fix but im like some of the others not sure how that's even possible to do, it should have sparked like crazy

+1 to the above advice, accessories only to begin and do not try to start the car until you see what damage has been done. Keep your fire extinguisher handy before you begin. I also suggest you discuss w/ a service tech before you do anything. Good luck and post your results.

It's not the end of the world. Do a search on this forum on reversed polarity. Probably end up needing a fusible link soldered on. Believe me, you are nowhere near the first to do this on a C6. Repair should be less than $500.
