Default Somebody explain to me

Why a top engineer would design a map pocket in a door that is too small to take standard sized road maps? My 2009 Vert makes me fold the maps over and that limits the number of maps the pocket will hold. I know this is a pretty petty bitch, but it is that type of day!!

Maps? Oh! I remember maps! Those paper things which stopped providing information at their edges no matter how much you tried to scan further!

Since when is there a "standard" size for printed maps? I see printed maps in an unlimited number of shapes and sizes.

I was gonna say since 99% of the public uses nav systems these days I can't believe they put a "map pocket" in the car

Just think of it as a pocket. Not a map pocket. Maybe that will help.

What is a map?

Nav system works much better than a map.

I do not put anything in that pocket. Can't stand for anything to rattle around making noise.

Prolly the same guy who designed the C5 with one cup holder.

I use mine for hairbrush. With the top always down, I gotta keep the 'do looking good.

It depends on where you live. Check your owners manual.

If you live in Florida, it's a coupon holder.

In Colorado, it's for weed storage.

In South Carolina it's a Photo ID storage compartment.

No one uses it for maps! What century do you live in?

I keep a pen in there, as I am afraid it will burst from the heat and leak all over the place in the center console. Add another fold to the map.
