Ok, so I must have missed the boat on whats cool now days... I went to see Formula Drift at Road Atlanta, and expected to see some ricers, but whats up with running over-sized rims with tires that are too small for the rim, and the camber is set to double digits so that the tire literary has a contact patch of about 2" and looks like a broken suspension?
Nicest car in the entire road Atlanta lot was basically this: http://www.stancenation.com/2013/09/...in-subaru-brz/
and you had a lot of this: http://www.speedhunters.com/wp-conte...4-1200x800.jpg
I was definitely in the wrong crowd with my C6 Z06....
Needless to say I only stuck around to watch the TransAm Time Attack racing in the morning and left right before the ricers started sliding sideways on the track haha.

One of the dumbest looking things I have ever seen on a car. A whole new level of stupid...

I don't get it either. Seems to be popular on VWs. I don't get the "Hellaflush" stuff either. Too big of wheels, no sidewall, then as low as can possibly be done, typically on a midsize or compact sedan.
Makes no sense to me, but whatever. I guess to some a car that does 190mph makes no sense.

Kids, what you gonna do ? I remember back in the dark ages, we seen how high we could get the front end in the air. Sometimes could barely see over hood. Times does change things, but kids will always try to be different.

LMAO!!
I have a Miata, and the Facebook Miata Club I visit once in awhile has an overwhelming majority of owners slamming their Miatas with these "stances."
It's the weirdest thing I ever saw, but it's all the rage.
Bizarre is a good word for it.

I'm assuming their tires last about 2000 miles.

If my kid would do that to a car I gave them, I would probably beat them for breaking it with that tricked out stance haha.
Also does having the front bumper drag on the ground add so much awesome aero to your civic?

[QUOTE=guyster05LBM;1586877647]It's hitting the Euro car scene as well. Saw this pathetic example the other day locally.[/
