So you haven't had any clear bra installation training and are planning on offering clear bras as a service? Doesn't matter what film you use then as being trained and having some experience needs to come first. Im sure if you had training you would have considered the film you trained on to start off with first. Vinyl is a much different material... I have installed both.

Different films have different properties. I don't think I would sell 3M as a DIY product. It is very good material, but it requires experience to install it so it looks nice. If you sell it and people aren't happy with the final results, it is you and the product who will share the blame. There are enough people who have had good results with 3M that 3M isn't going to be hurt. Your business, on the other hand, may suffer if you get a poor reputation. I would offer an inexpensive film that you can afford to replace when a customer complains about a poor finish or result. At least then yhou can say you stand behand what you sell.

Glossy, no orange peel, virtually optically clear, & it self heals, with in reason depending on the damage.
What more can one ask for?

Selling kits online is risky as you have to sell a kit that anyone can install... which is difficult. There are a lot of films out there... on a scale of 1-10 10 being the hardest to install 3M is around a 9. Xpel Ultimate is around a 6 and Suntek is about a 2. This is based off of pliability and the adhesive strength.
