C6 of Year Finalist (appearance mods) 2019
Just did this on my 07.
Jack car up and remove tire. You will see a part of wheel liner right under the light. Pull pins out and remove plastic access panel. Turn light socket counter clockwise to remove. Bulb pulls out of socket. Put all back.
Lot of work for a turn signal bulb but not hard to do.

My C5 was a PITA to replace lamps.... I was hoping the C6 would be better.

Its a pita, i took mine to the dealership and had both replaced. I turn them off now when i drive during the day. Expensive to change just a light! Sorry about the caps

If you don't have your owners manual on the internet, here is link to 05 Corvette.

You can change the DRL's without removing the tire, but you almost have to remove it to change the fog lights. I just switched to LED DRL's, and High Intensity Fog Lamps...nice upgrade...

I agree u don't necessarily need to remove the wheel to change the turn signal but it does give more clearance for those with big hands.
I changed my fog lights to hid an it was a lot more work but well worth it
