60 Anniversary collector's edition 427 conv
Does anyone know how many were built?
All I can get from Chevy is 2552 427 Convertibles and not how many with the exact Collector's Edition configuration and packages.

Le Mans Master
That was the Z25 option that came in the Artic White with the blue convertible top and the silver blue stripes. The stripes also go through the top. There were 2,059 produced.

As I read it for the 427 CE Corvette, the NCM website lists the production number for the Z25 60th Anniversary package at 1088 and the Z30 60th Anniversary Graphics option at 897.

Need to pull out my build sheet
I guess that when I pull out my build sheet and match it up to the stats, the lowest one should be the number. Thanks to you both for steering me in the right direction.

I'd like to know as well. Unless it's a ZR1.

Burning Brakes
Certainly not trying to rain on anyone's parade here, but I don't understand why a specific combination of options--with the exception of say, the big block RPO on the older C2-C3 vintage--would make a particular car more desirable or valuable. I mean, they all come with the LS7 motor and an M6 trans and F55 in the convertible GS widebody. Aside from the fact that the 427 vert was already a limited one-year run from the factory, the list of options isn't gonna make a car more rare or valuable, unless you find a specific buyer who's looking for those exact options in a used car. School me….

Know what I think about people who think their car is going to be "more valuable" in coming years? BS!! You won't live long enough to see it. It will take 40 or 50 years for that to happen. DRIVE THE THING and enjoy it because you don't get to come back in another life to do it over.

60th Anniversary Coupes
They only built 400 Arctic White 60th Anniversary Grand Sport 4LT Coupes. Of the 400 there were 355 with the Z30 60th Anniversary Graphics (Stripes). That leaves only 45 without the stripe package--one of those is our car.

I like it---cool! And as the other guy said, DRIVE IT. Haven't had mine a year yet, and have about 4,000 miles on it up here in snowy NE. Hope to do 4,000 to 5,0000 per season.............no sense keeping the miles low for the next owner. We paid good money for these cars, we should enjoy them.

This car was bought to replace our '96 LT4 (another "rare" one) and we drove the wheels off that one. Before that we owned a '67 Rally Red Conv. 350 HP 327 with air Conditioning (1 of 326). Drove that one all over the USA! Just last year we drove the "Tail of the Dragon with the LT4 and enjoyed the power/handling of a C4. Our GS is 10 times the car that the C4 was, and we will drive this one whenever the mood suits us - Rain or Shine!!!

We bought this car because we liked the Grand Sport, not because it was 1 of 45!!! I only discovered it's rarity when I checked the numbers on this thread. We do not now, or ever have had a "Garage Queen".

Today when I was driving my wife to work we ended up driving next to a 60th ann. for several blocks. Arctic white (no stripe), top down. Easily spotted the 60th and 427 badges. I was grinning the whole time. It's a sweet looking ride. The driver looked irritated to be in the middle lane in traffic, though.

There's a white 427 Anniversary without stripes sitting at our local dealership. He ordered it that way over a year ago and can't sell it.

.......keep in mind my wife thinks we are all insane for --her words, not mine---wasting our money on these toys---she can't understand why anyone would buy one of these cars---never mind folks like me that get a little extra kick out of it if there weren't that many made.
