I painted my brake calipers this weekend.

Wow you did all four without removing them? What type of paint did you use?

I used the Duplicolor caliper painting kit. I did buy some nicer brushes than the one that comes with the kit.

All the prep took most of the time...jacking up the car, removing wheels, masking etc. I put on 3 coats. Just to be sure, I let it dry overnight before removing the paint on the letters, but thats just me. Probably wouldn't have had to. All total about 3-4 hours.

yeah exactly!!!! quik squirt of black spraypaint should do it..

Those do look good, but not to go wee.....wee...wee on your fire

I did the Duplicolor caliper paint on my C4. It lasted on season, the very next spring I got them powder coated. So, take care of them and I wish you luck.

I did mine Sunday and painted them too with a brush. They look better with a rattle can but I didn't want to deal with masking and overspray.
