A Corvette / Mustang Comparison
Took this pic today while at a Corvette club outing. There is no comparison! The mustang is a freakin' SUV!

I think I get it - I have always been at rival with the brick from Ford (80's F-body guy). But at the end of the day, Corvettes should never be compared to Mustangs.

Agreed to all! It's just that Mustang owners around here want to compare their little ponies with our stallions!

Put your 'Vette next to the current Camaro and it will really be dwarfed.
I went from a C6 to a 2013 Boss 302. It's an entirely different car - much more raw than the Corvette especially with the side pipes wide open. I loved my Corvette and am now having a great time with the Boss.

Exactly. I've brought that up and excuses get made about the Corvette's computers, etc. I will give him (and some of the other Mustang guys) credit tho....while they should be going after Camaros, they're trying to take on Corvettes and hanging pretty well.

Ford Falcon on steroids.
You can put a big motor in anything. The Corvette has a much lower center of
gravity. The Corvette is designed to be a sports car.
But doesn't the 2014 Mustang finally have an independent rear suspension?

I think it is a wrong comparison as a Mustang is like a muscle car and a Corvette is a World Class sports car..But I love my Mustang. Easy getting in and out of it. A lot of power, and with my Steeda suspension upgrades, Cold air Intake, 93 Octane tune, and factory Brembo brakes it holds its own.
