I currently have Corsa Xtrme exhaust with 3.5" quad tips and the longer I look at them the more I wish I had slightly larger tips. The 3.5" tips look too close to the puny stock tips. I love the way it sounds and doesn't drone, so I really want to keep my system.

Has anyone bought new tips for their aftermarket exhaust system and had them welded on? What tips did you go with? Dual or Quad? How big? I'm considering doing a 4 - 4.5" dual tip similar to the Corsa Sports.

I have the 3.5's...got the extreme a few months after the car, I love the look... bottom line is the bigger ones are show only, it does not really provide any function at all other than "hey I got big tubes" LOL...but that tube is simply a few inches, not the exhaust...I think the 3.5's look perfect under the car.... just my 2 centavos

Don't destroy your system for 1/2" larger tip. Keep or sell the ones you have.
